The Zephyr uses a single piece composite fuselage that optimizes the usable space for it’s cross sectional area. While the composite structure is stronger and lighter than current designs; the elimination of production splice joints and incorporation of all tubes, pipes and conduits into the structure produces the lightest fuselage for its size in the industry.
